What's the story?
It has a small cylindrical aluminum case with a glass top revealing a tiny integrated circuit, some tiny wires, and some coating on the top of the device under the glass. The metal canister unscrews to reveal a strong magnet in the bottom which will hold the device securely to an automobile roof. Above the magnetare two small hearing aid batteries.
